My name is Hannah and I am the founder and the primary training consultant of Wright Way Training. I have an extensive care background of over 15 years, I have a first class honours degree in Health and Social Care as well as being a qualified teacher and trainer with over 5 years experience.
My care background
I have worked in various care settings and with a variety of service users. I have worked in a number of roles from a Healthcare Assistant in a large hospital on a busy surgical ward through to the role of a Care Manager providing a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. I have also worked as a compliance consultant, helping care services that have been rated as requiring improvement or inadequate, working in partnership with those care managers and their staff to improve their quality assurance systems, providing training to strengthen their weaker areas and assisting them to improve on their CQC rating. I continue to work as a Healthcare Assistant for NHS Somerset Foundation Trust, this allows me to keep my clinical skills current and provides me with plenty of examples to refer to when training others.
