A mixture of virtual and in-person sessions. Virtual sessions can be used for the delivery of the theory of the care certificate. These sessions can be taught on a 1:1 or as a group via Teams using a set of digital or physical workbooks. The in-person sessions which take place within your workplace will allow us to carry out observations so we can sign off the practical elements of the care certificate.
The blended learning package means you can be guaranteed that your staff are learning and understanding the theory whilst taking the stress off of you when it comes to the workplace observations.
Virtual only sessions used for the delivery of the theory of the care certificate.
These sessions can be taught on a 1:1 or as a group via Teams using a set of digital or physical workbooks.
This package covers only the theory elements of the care certificate.
We come to you and we deliver the care certificate to your staff within your healthcare setting. Through the use of physical workbooks we are able to assess your staff on the theory elements of the certificate. Through observing them in practice within the care setting we will be able to collate evidence to enable us to sign them off on the practical elements of the certificate.
This package can be delivered for the whole care certificate or we can deliver and assess the theory only or carry out observations only.
